Nidhi Constructions is a name synonymous with quality and reliability in the field of housing and real estate in Belagavi. The business was established by Shri Baburao P. Sayanak in 1982 with the sole objective of developing plots and constructing high quality houses at affordable rates for the common people. The Sayanak family started out with just a stone quarry and slowly developed their business to developing real estate and construction.
On 28th February 2003, the privately owned family business was consolidated as Nidhi Group with an aim of diversification across sectors and geographies. Noteworthy is that the group has managed to grow organically through reinvestments and strategic mergers and acquisitions of related businesses. It has, in its repertory, an array of land development projects, apartment complexes and houses with scores of satisfied clients spread across Karnataka, Goa and Maharashtra.
The small sapling planted by Shri Baburao Sayanak has now grown into a huge tree with multiple branches. The second generation of the Sayanaks, including Shri Deepak Baburao Sayanak, Shri Uday Baburao Sayanak and Shri Vilas Baburao Sayanak have taken the realm of the business to a new level. Today, the third generation is deftly handling the business and also looking at expanding it, keeping up with the changing times.
